  • Called them again today since the house I had moved to had Directv boxes...I went straight to the Phillines ( I can tell from the accent)...spoke with one of the generic "ne'er do wells" -things have NOT gotten better than my last review. There ONLY mission is to sign you up for service with no regard for their clients after they get their $$. Get a HD antennae and watch TV for FREE...you can get services from Netflix or HULU as well as Sling TV etc for WAY LESS than this company! (Without dealing with deceptive commissioned sales reps who are hell bent on getting your credit card number!) STAY AWAY!!! Read the other reviews - EVERY comment provides similar reviews!
