  • Worst customer service ever! Every time I have been to Chipotle they rush you through the line even when it's not busy. So, when I get up there to order I tell them I want a salad with chicken and black beans to only have them put the lettuce in the bowl and then ask what kind of beans and meat I want. The amount of sour cream and guacamole that was plopped on top was enough for easily 2 salads. Next comes the wonderful cashier. I told her I needed a drink, she rang me up, gave me my receipt but no cup. I told her I needed my cup but she gave me one for water. Told her I ordered a regular size drink and she proceeds to argue with me that I did not order a cup after I told her 2 times that yes, I told her I wanted a drink. My meal was totally tasteless. I ate about half and threw the rest in the trash.
