I had made a reservation before going in and when I went to pick it up the GM could not find my reservation in the system, and once he finally did it was completely wrong. Furthermore, it took him three different tries to get the correct vehicle rented out to me.
After I came back I found out that he never did any of those three agreements correct, but did manage to put 3 $80 holds on my account. They said that it would take 3-5 days for them to cancel out and he money to be returned. Since then only 2 of the holds have been released and they charged my card again for $23. Horrible experience and the fact that the general manger was the one messed all this up was very discouraging.
In there defense the other employees were great, but getting charged over $250.
