  • Came in 30 minutes before closing when I found a nail in my tire that was leaking air pretty quickly. I normally go to Discount Tire but was in a bind and Big O was closer, so there I was. Danny and Richard greeted me and helped me out, asked for my keys and took off. I was wondering why they didn't ask me about what kind of tire I wanted, but whatever, I had a tire going flat and needed it fixed regardless. About thirty minutes later Danny lets me know it's no charge. No charge!!!! Free tire repair?! I thought he was messing with me, so Richard had to back him up. Seriously no charge, and also turned out I had two nails in two tires so they fixed both which put them over their closing time. That was super nice; they could have just not said anything so they could get out of the shop on time but they fixed both for free. Anyway, I found out today Big O does free tire repairs which was seriously great news after a crappy day (any day with a flat tire is a crappy day!) Thanks so much, Danny and Richard. You guys are awesome!
