  • went to this location just yesterday to take my dog for a check up and before we had even got to banfield, I saw a pet smart worker, an older Caucasian lady with dirty red hair, I tried to stop her to ask where the restroom was located. all I got out was, "excuse me ma'am" and she put her hand up, looked at me while walking and said "I'm already off work. I don't answer questions when I'm off." then continued to walk away. I don't know about most people, but I've done customer service and it does not take 5 minutes to find out what the question is and direct to an appropriate person without being rude as hell.
