  • This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I contacted the store in December about replacing a bed part for a bed set I purchased here. I was told the part was ordered and after two weeks of not hearing or receiving anything I decided to give the store a call to see what was going on. The part was never even ordered and the guy I spoke to was never available when I called and apparentally no on else could figure it out. I can't tell you how many times I was told it was ordered, on it's way, then not ordered and on back order. The whole process was extremely stressful and I couldn't use the over $1000 bed set I had purchased for 6 months. I finally contacted the store 'This is It' claimed they were talking to about getting the part and they told me they were never even contacted! They told me they usually just deal with the retailers but since I wasn't getting anywhere they would send me the part but I would have to contact the store about getting reimbursed. Since then I have been told 5+ times that my reimbursement check was mailed and it has never come. I have left several messages for Big Mike and haven't received one call back. I couldn't be more dissapointed and upset with everything I've had to deal with with this store.
