Zero Star more appropriate!!!
Placed furniture order in August 2016. Multiple delays in shipping. Furniture arrived damaged at the end of December. Instead of offering a new furniture their solution was to repair it. We declined. After back and forth in late January, (now 5 months after initial order & full payment) i canceled and asked for a refund. FOUR weeks later, i still don't have my refund. Today, I simply called Chase to dispute the charges. Thank you Chase!
By the way, we were told that if we canceled then we will not be able to place future orders. Customer service at it's BEST! This has been a horrible experience! It's unfortunate that some vendors still treat customers this way.
