Three Spirits Brewery has some very tasty, easily drinkable beers in a variety of styles. They also have plenty of parking, a nice open space, and delightful staff. I think this is the best brewery I've tried in Charlotte so far.
I'm not really into IPAs or beers with a high IBU, and a lot of the beers here are on the lower to middle end of the spectrum. Every beer I tried here had a smooth finish, and even the stout and the porter I tried were not overly heavy. Southern Bliss was my partner's favorite - hints of apricot in a lightly malty ale. It is definitely an easy drinking beer. Red Maembe and Brue de Tabu were my favorites. Red Maembe had a great mango flavor and a great balance of hops. Brue de Tabu had a terrific herbal flavor; I absolutely loved the coriander and lavender flavors, which made it quite unique. We did two flights of beer and got to try eight varieties (I think there were 13 on tap) and I can't think of any I disliked. I didn't try any on my last visit, but it even makes me want to sample their IPAs.
The location is a little further south than most of the breweries, but it's definitely worth the drive. I will definitely come here again and again.
