I've been ripped off by Cox for too long. I've been a loyal customer for over 8 years. So I called today to get my cable cancelled because I don't think I should be paying that much for basic channels, after being on hold for over 20 minutes and finally getting to speak to someone who said they were going to transfer me I got hung up on. They will do anything to get you not to cancel and make you false promises but if they offered competitive prices to existing customers they wouldn't have to worry about that!
