  • Wow, after years of great service at the Healthcare Partners location at 9077 S. Pecos, we had to switch to this location due to changes with our healthcare insurance. After our initial visit for lab work that went OK, I talked to "Alani" (may not be spelled correctly) with appointments scheduling to confirm our doctor's appointments for myself and my wife. Alani was very unfriendly and unprofessional. She told me that my wife's appointment was made 2x for the old location but not at the Pecos/Robindale location. I asked why would we do that, as we were well aware that the appointments were to be at the new location? She said, "well, you did", so I asked if she could get my wife in with my appointment. (Which was surprisingly scheduled for the new location. Strange thing is, I even made my wife's and my appointment at the SAME time! How did my wife's appointment then get messed up?). She said, "no, I can get you both in December" in an unfriendly manner. I said that is not going to work, and she then simply very coldly replied, "is there ANYTHING else that I can do for you?". Wow, I was so stunned at her tone...I told her that she was not friendly and she was very unaccommodating. She simply replied again, "is there ANYTHING else that I can do for you?". I was stunned and just decided to hang up. We will NEVER, EVER go back to that location. We sure do miss our old location. For Henderson, go ONLY to the Pecos/215 location if possible, but STAY AWAY from this location!
