  • We recently move to the Phoenix area and we ended up renting a home that is managed by Gregory Real Estate and Management. Let me say that this has been the worst experience I've ever had. They don't return phone calls and it takes weeks and months to get anything fixed. I've had to write two letters demanding that work orders be completed in order to get any results. The handyman that they use is unreliable. I didn't even want to give them a 1 star rating but that's the lowest that can be given and have your review show up. I do not recommend renting from this company ever and I'm counting down the months until I can move.
