  • I have been coming to this location for about a year. Every wax technician was vey nice, although in a very fake way, but that's fine. The last three times I've been there however were awful! The font desk people are very rude and not helpful at all. One time I was kept waiting for an extra 20 minutes after my appointment time even though I was there 10 minutes early, no explanations or apologies. That same visit the wax was too hot and I was burned. This last visit I called ahead to confirm my appointment time, I was told it was at 10:45, when I arrived the girl at the front desk said my appointment was actually at 10 and that she could not reschedule me until 11. Again no apologies when I pointed out that they had told me the wrong time. I will never return to this company again. Razors are cheaper, and don't cause so much pain. If you do go Alexus is the only technician I could recommend.
