  • So disappointed. I waited a few weeks to write this review because I wanted to observe the longevity of their work. I went in for a simple jewelry replacement. I replaced a helix stud. It wasn't exactly cheap and so disappointed to see today that the stone has fallen off. I'm giving two stars mostly for the customer service - they were amicable and helpful. But really disappointed that this didn't even last three months and it has already fallen off... I can't find the stone anywhere. Feels like a waste of time and money.
