| - Would give no stars if I could. This is really the worst run medical practice I've ever encountered in the private sector. To begin with, when you call their office, all you get are voice mails, never a real person no matter how urgent the situation is. And, btw, messages left on those voice mails are almost never returned. Then it can take a week or more to even get a prescription refill. Also, if you actually go to their office, the receptionists are inevitably rude and surly. All this might be forgivable if the doctor was decent, but this practice is assembly line medicine all the way. You'll be in and out in something less than five minutes. And if you need emergency services, forget it. There is no after hours number, and their only advice is call 911. It's obvious that this is a quantity over quality business, and money is far more important than decent care.
