  • After having tried Eva's Original Chimneys...these Chimney Stax just did not hit the spot for me. I stumbled along the truck in the financial district yesterday and got a cinnamon sugar chimney for $7. These chimneys are baked and huge in size.. but the texture was very hard and similar to just eating a stale dinner roll... it was very dry and the cinnamon sugar did not stick well. They do offer a bunch of savory options as well and the staff are quite friendly..but I don't think I will be back to try other things.
