  • Camden is a beautiful community, and we enjoy it over all here. The pool is nice, but the community is filled with a lot of children. For us we're engaged and young still so sometimes the pool is more of a "splash pad" then relaxing. We love the location, which is why we choose this community. We have a lower level apartment and the private entrance is awesome. No hallways or stairs for us. I don't like that you can't use the movie room without a fee. I feel as though it's an amenity to their customers, and we shouldn't have to pay to use it. Another issue here is the amount of theft since we've moved in. I know it's not technically the complexes fault, but they need to install a camera system at their entrances to cut down on this. I shouldn't feel as though every belonging of mine can't be on my porch that I pay for or I can't leave anything in my car in fear it won't be there when I wake up. Another issue has been our garbage pick up. We pay extra which is included in our rent for "valet service". If we aren't going to be home and put out garbage out a few hours early, they will contact you. Also the garbage is to be picked up and completely done no later then 10:30pm.... the garbage guy is picking up our garbage sometimes at 3am waking us up. We like it here besides the few minor things, but will probably not renew our lease due to the theft in the community.
