  • Absolutely horrible. They fail to mention how difficult it is to schedule an appointment in the Chandler office. You find out about it after the begin their services. I specifically chose this place for its location close to home and school and was constantly asked to schedule appointments in east Mesa. At one time my daughter left the office and on our way home, the wire slipped and was cutting into her gums. We were literally told we could come back in a week or go to Michaels and purchase wire cutters and clip the wire ourselves. The front office has told me their computers were down at least three times and they would call me to schedule a new appointment. I never once got a single call. Each time I had to follow up myself. I've also experienced someone scheduling my appointment several months out only to call back and find out they had appointments I could schedule several weeks out. I do not understand their random way of picking appointment times. Earliest available doesn't mean anything to them. They are unorganized and the waiting room is usually out of chairs to sit on. Standing and waiting up to 40 minutes should be unacceptable but to them, its not. I would never, ever give this place my business ever again. I would also like mention they pass out ice cream after their appointments and a huge bag of candy when they remove the braces, not something I would expect from a dental office.
