  • THEY RIP YOU OFF by not telling you nor posting anywhere in their store that there is a minimum of $5.00 charge. When I went to print a few pictures using their "Touch Prints Automated Photo Machine", a screen popped up at the end showing the pictures cost a total of $2.23. When you go pay, they will charge you $5.00. It was partly my fault that I didn't check as I was in a rush. Then when I went back to inquired about it an hour later, they just said "Oh, no one told you?" In addition, they were missing a picture when they already ripped me off. I am ok with having a minimum charge, but it should be clear on the total page before I click submit on the computer. Or at least post it somewhere in their store. Or when I pay at the cashier, they should inform me that the minimum was $5.00 and that I could print more pictures to make it worth it. None of that was there. I asked since that I really didn't know about the minimum, if I could print a few more to make it up. The guy looked like he was ok with it, but when he asked the boss lady, she would not allow it. Her excuse was that the each computer submission was automatically a minimum of $5.00. Which is not true, because the total on the computer showed $2.23 on mine. They just punch $5.00 into the register. Another excuse was each time the printer run, it was minimum of $5.00. But they had to print the missing picture for me, so they could have printed a few other as well during that run. But it was only because they chose not to do so with their extremely poor customer service. This store has no sense of customer service, and is not transparent with their charges. If they had made up the few more prints, I would have been happy with that. I will not return and you should not give this company your business as they clearly do not value customer satisfaction.
