Worst internet provider. I called their technical service because the Internet was down. After all kinds of trouble shooting, the problem still not resolved. Then the guy asked me if we want to take a risk of paying $100 fee if they send an on-site technician and the issue is not theirs. They would not sand any body if I don't agree to take this charge. So I feel this is not fair and contacted their resolution centre, the lady just told me to cancel it, and there will be $40 cancellation fee. Totally worst experience. I am contacting consumer association for this issue.
