My BMW had a coolant leak and was overheating at idle after sitting for about 20mins. Ive worked in the automotive industry my whole life and did some research before I called Highline. I called and Charlie answered and was able to squeeze me in the next morning. When I showed up charlie went over my conserns with me and put me in a rental. Charlie called me 3 hours later with a complete diagnosis. I could tell he was really trying to save me as much money as he could after he told me what we need to repair. The radiator for the overheating issue and 2 window regulators also some maintenance. Car was finished around 4:30 right when Charlie said it would be . The next day after I picked it up the engine overheated again and engine light was on. I called Charlie he told me to bring it in on Monday it was Friday after hours and they closed on weekends. Now, I had spent pretty much my last repair buck and had no more cash for repairs. If Charlie would have told me from the beginning it was $2500 bucks for repairs and took 4 days to figure that out I would have done it! Because I had the money at that moment. After looking at it a second time they found an additional several hundreds dollars worth of repairs. Wes and Charlie knew I had no more money and that didn't stop them from proceeding and did the repairs for free and paid for the rental. I know there was a couple of misunderstandings during all this but the bottom line is they took great care of me. I cannot and will not say anything bad about this shop. Wes and Charlie handled a stressful ,money losing repair on their end with the utmost integrity and respect you could ask for. Im very sorry it ended up this way guys. You did the best you could in that situation and really took great care of us. Thanks you all over at Highline!!
