rev:text	Went in here today to get my water tested, walked out 20 minutes later and vowed not to return. I had put a good amount of pool water in a plastic container, I reached about elbow deep in the deep end and drove to Leslies. "Jim" was waiting on a customer, looked at me and said "I won't be able to get good readings with that". I told him I would wait and that somebody else was ahead of me. "There are a few ahead of you"' he replied. I really should have left then, but I waited. There wasnt a few people there, but so be it. Twice he asked the woman behind me if he could help her, both times she said I was first. I did not have an attitude, I was polite and just wanted to test my water and buy some chemicals. So, when it was my turn he spent quite a while telling me why I needed to get my sample from the bottle he was giving me and then come back. He spent quite a while explaining why my readings would be off, it wouldnt be a good idea, etc. He gave me his plastic bottle and sent me out the door. It was a condescending, time wasting experience, a lecture. I left his bottle on the counter, drove to Sun Devil Pool Supplies at Warner and Cooper. They poured my water into his bottle, tested it and I bought my chemicals. Sun Devil won my business as well as referral from my real estate business......Jim, your condescending lecture was very rude and obnoxious. You should have simply tested my water, gave me the plastic bottle for next time and sold me what I needed. It was a big waste of time and the lecture was a tad embarrassing.
