  • I had pictures printed, and one looks completely different from the other and it's the same photo. I asked if they could look like the one I liked and she said that's how you sent it to us. I said no it's not. It's like this one. She said we don't change anything, and I said well then why does this one look different from this one. She basically said I don't know and didn't care!! Such rude customer service!
