  • The keyboard department manager was very rude and ignorant. I have no idea why is that person in charge when the rest of his staffs are much more efficient and polite. The manager forced me to give out a lot of personal information that I don't think it was needed for a one month rental and doubted if the information I provided was real! (ie parents home address and phone number, two friends home address, phone number and employment information) I don't even think this is necessary when I had already prepaid for my rent. I don't even know what are they going to do with these information after and how secured their system is.
