If I had to choose one word to describe this store it is: ghetto. I used to frequent it more often as I used to live off of Vegas Dr. Luckily now that I live in centennial hills I don't have to come here at all. Although, I will make the pilgrimage when I go to the nearby lvac and need some stuff on the way home.
In the last 2 years this Smith's has gotten a face lift and it looks more modern than what it used to be. The employees are always friendly and nice. So why the 2 star rating?
Because of the location. This Smith's is in a rougher part of town and it shows. Believe it or not but I've been offered the opportunity to buy hard drugs and food stamps at the parking lot. Haha.
If you're lucky you can come in and be out in a relatively short amount of time. If you're not, well...sometimes I've been stuck behind people arguing with the cashier that their EBT cards *do* have funds and that the machine is wrong.
