I ordered a caramel apple which i thought was going to be fresh, crispy and delicious, oh how I was wrong. As I went to take a bite my tooth was almost BROKEN because the Apple was FROZEN. I give it to one of the employees to tell them it's frozen. They deny the fact that's it was frozen. I say "well if it's not frozen why don't you cut it for me?" The "professionals" use a PLASTIC knife. As expected it broke. I called over the manager whom was extremely rude, I ask her nicely to cut the apple again. She comes out with this Gordon Ramsay butcher knife and tries to cut my apple open, still denying it was frozen. She then pushes the knife with all her body weight. Still, the apple didn't break. Once she tries a second time with help of another employee they break it. I didn't get a refund or another apple. I know it's just an apple but the whole situation was ridiculous.
