Spent another weekend at Caesars, decided to give it another try after our last trip didn't end well. Caesars is a fantastic hotel and casino but they lack a proper communication system and customer service skills.
Upon arrival we ordered room service to be delivered during normal hours and we were told it would take additional time to be delivered since we ordered during peak hours, we acknowledged but problem is our meals never arrived at all. Front desk apologizes but we were still billed!
We had ordered additional towels and soap for our room, none provided.
We had requested a wake up call, never called.
We were told to make reservations to get seats at a restaurant, when we arrived we waited over an hour because they had overbooked and could not accommodate us.
Lastly, after scrambling to check out in time and not miss our flight, one of the bell service personnel misplaces our bag. He told us he would look into it immediately but at the time we didn't want to miss our flights we had to leave.
Not sure what else we needed to do to make sure our requests could be honored, the most disappointing part was that we were charged for things we didn't not even enjoy and lost our luggage without a follow up call. This was not our first horrific experience but it sure is our last. Not sorry to say I will be taking my family to a better hotel in the future. Never again.
