  • I will never ever buy from here again! I was so excited when they said they would work with me on a 08 red mustang no money down financed for about 17 thousand. LITERALLY wires are hanging from underneath the car like someone tried to steal it they tell us it's ok someone probably tried to take the security system out of it (such crap) they take forever ever to fix the the exposed wires. THEN are car starts squeaking like crazy not even a week later we take it to a car shop they tell us the front axel was broken more then they had ever seen and that they were shocked we could still drive it. We fix it and try to give it back they say they will only give us 4000 for it! Like are you serious!? Do we have to keep it so its it that much of a hole they freaking dug us into now today the car starts smoking on the freeway we call they are transferring us back forth telling us they will call us back not calling us back and we are 99% sure it's the engine. I'm about ready to call news stations and tell them how horrible this service was and how they left a mother and her soon to be deployed military husband with the worse car we both have ever had!!! Update: I find it hilarious they write that if we call they can help when we have Been calling for to days straight to get help and they give us a complete run around. Then call me back telling me I have to pay 1000 dollars to fix a already screwed up car. Sad when you literally have to threaten to involve lawyers and news channels to get any type of help. Thank god the service manger I spoke with is compassionate enough to fix the car for only $100 deductible once again I refuse to every buy from this company again and I pray everyone steers clear of here.
