  • They called two day before and made the appointment to come fix my AC- they said a technician will show up between 12-4pm and they will call on they way to let me know when they are heading to my house. The technician called me 3 times in 1 min the next day and then left a message saying they cancelling since I didn't pick up my phone. When I called back someone who was very rude said they have a policy that if you don't pick up they cancel your appointment! They do not tell you this on the scheduling call. Imagine in Arizona heat with two kids on we weekend and these heartless people just cancel your appointment! Do Not Use Them!
