  • Stay away! I came in with a pre approval letter from my bank. All the paperwork I signed had my bank listed as the financing company. A few weeks later, I get a statement from Infiniti Finance. The finance officer at the dealership took it upon himself to finance my car through Infiniti. Conveniently he was no longer employed there when I tried to get it resolved. The GM Kurt wouldn't take my calls and was very rude. He wouldn't even speak to me when I showed up at the dealership. Instead, he sat at his desk and stared at me and made an associate help me. This is my second Infiniti and my husband is on his third. I love their product but it's sad to see they support a dealership with such bad practices. I won't even get my car serviced there. They are deceitful, liars, and the GM should be fired for allowing this to happen and his poor handling of the situation.
