  • Going there for years. I love the doctors and feel they give excellent care. However, recently they have a new person at the front desk. About a month ago she was rude and I thought maybe she's just having a bad day but today once again she's rude again. It really gives a negative vibe when you have one bad apple.... someone needs to teach her what customer service means.
