I'm not too picky with hotels in Vegas because most of the action is happening outside anyway. We didn't get room service because we'd wake up late and they will not stop by if you have the Do Not Disturb sign. It was a holiday weekend, so naturally it was pricier.
Another thing I didn't consider when choosing a room was that if you get placed on the side of the pool, you can't count on sleeping in too late with the DJ blasting hits as early as 10am. If you plan to be up all night and expect to sleep at least until noon, that's something you may want to keep in mind.
I LOVED that there is a pool on site. That was the most fun we had here, delicious in the 90-degree weather of this beautiful Sin City.
The hotel is close enough to The Strip to me; I was confused as to why so many people say it's a long walk. In Vegas I expect a long walk filled with sights and drinks along the way.
I love that there is a Johnny Rockets on site that offers endless coffee refills.
