  • After doing some research and reading most of the reviews from 1 star to 5, I decided to call and see if there was an opening later in the evening, on the same day. I knew my chances were slim to none, considering it was 3 in the afternoon and such short notice. Richie answered the phone and was sweet as can be! I told him what that I was wanting a hair cut and he was able to give me an appointment for 6pm that day with Jessica. Jessica was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly sweet and passionate about her work! I felt completely at ease and not once did I feel anxious about the outcome - I knew I was in good hands. I didn't want anything extravagant, but I had been growing my hair out for more than a year now and had kept it the same length all around. It was time for some change, but I still wanted to maintain the length, so we agreed on a "lob" (long bob) with some texture. My hair had also been previously dyed when my hair was at chin length (my hair was just past shoulder length) and Jessica cut out all the dead ends while giving it some LIFE!! I am absolutely ecstatic about my new look!
