  • Well i decided to try it since i cant control my chocolate and sweet cravings and i try so many different diets but nothing helped. I went for a consultation and the guy at alive and free told me all the things i wanted to hear that everything begins in your head and it can be fixed with hypnosis i only had to sign one year contract and i did but soon after changed my mind. They told me i would not get $340 back that i had to deposit but i could use it all up and if i see hypnosis helping me maybe i would have even changed my mind. I started coming on sessions instead of a live person doing it i was left by my self in the room, i would have a nice nap for an hour and go home, i did it 4 times once a week and decided to stop even though i still had few sessions for the money i paid. I realized that once they saw i don't wanna commit for a year I'm not worth doing sessions with a person so f*** me right!? And no there was no result not even smallest change i noticed . Alive and free are just scam trying to convince to sign a contract for a year so they make sure they'll get your money even if you change your mind. People don't sign no contract for a year at all if you are not sure that something will work 100% just think why they want you to sign if it works after 4 session you will be happy and come back if you need to and not be obliged by signing a contract. There are actually places that don't ask for signing a contract and actual MD is doing hypnosis with you and by the way its cheaper because you can stop with it any time...
