| - In the four visits I had to make to GG&D in one day, it went from 5-star to 1-star, losing a star with every visit. On my first visit, I was missing something on one of my documents. The clerk was extremely helpful, telling me what I needed to do, even printing AND FILLING OUT the form I needed. The next 3 visits were a different story. When I came back several hours later, the next clerk was unfriendly and unprofessional. She quoted me the wrong price several times for the registration. After I had finished, I was looking over my documents in the car and found they were incorrect. I went back in and she acknowledged it was her mistake, but a supervisor would have to correct it and it would take an hour. I left my number and came later when they called. When I came back, I waited another 40 minutes, because the supervisor did not start working on the correction until I arrived.
If I wanted to wait over an hour and be aggravated, I could have done that at the DMV for free.
