  • Love the prices and products with vitacost... Unfortunately, there have been several times I've gone in there and the products I need are out of stock. So, I call in and order the products needed... Usually not an issue.. Today I tried to call and I kept getting a " call can not be completed' so, I called the 800 number and was on hold for almost 10 minutes just for her to transfer me to a number that went to a call off voicemail!!! Come on vitacost !! Get it together!!
