  • I made an appointment today and showed up on time. I was seated pretty quickly. But after that I sat in the chair with my feet soaking, completely unacknowledged for 35 minutes. It was extremely frustrating. If I had been told they were backed up when I called I would of come in later and gotten some things done. I got up and left. No one seemed to care at all. I won't be returning to this nail salon. There are a bunch of others in the area. I'll try my luck at those.
