  • 6-1-18 Completely forgot to update this. Upping my original review. They did reach out and fixed the problems. The work performed on a second go around, because the original didn't quite fit right,was very good. Their billing department worked until they got it right. So I want to say thank you to them and despite the mess up with billing I would recommend them. As long as they work out a few kinks. Original post They charged me up front for some work I had them do.They are based out of California but have an office in Las vegas. They are contracted with my insurance company so they bill and get whatever money you paid upfront back to you. They assured me that they have worked with the insurance company before and that 100% would be refunded back. Until they screwed up the billing and the claim was denied. Now no one is getting back to me. Where the billing department was very helpful at first are non existent now. I cant get anyone to call back or contact me to try and fix the issue even though I have called and left messages. Pretty bad business practice. I would never recommend this place. Next time I will just make the trip to a more reputable company since there aren't many that do this type of prosthetic work in Vegas.
