  • I went to this location on Dec 2017, I had my radiator, transmission, brake, rear differential, all serviced and replaced, which I thought I was doing the right procedure for maintenance. But that was a complete disaster never never do any of these is now what I have learned, just add fluid as needed but never empty or change as it will impact your vehicle like it now is mine. I wish these people would have been more honest rather than money hungry. I also went back the very next day as my grill was covered with something that caused it to bubble and start to cause the chrome to peel away from the plastic. John did buy a new front grill but that had some scratch's on it, I didn't say anything cause just wasn't worth it. Also the radiator, transmission fluid were low and brake was overfilled. I had to add almost a full gallon of radiator fluid to the radiator, I brought car back had them adjust brake fluid, according to John the transmission was fine, stated the radiator probably had air in it. But I started having the transmission slip 5 mos later and I checked the fluid level of transmission it wasn't even registering on the dipstick, brought it back to John he seemed pissy but ended up putting 2 qts of fluid back into the transmission but had no reason why it was low, or slipping. I brought it to a transmission shop next day fluid was still low, they put in another 3/4 qt fluid, I then went to Nissan bought 2 more qts of transmission fluid, a few days later I again added over 1/2 qt more. I brought it back to transmission shop as its still slipping, they told me I needed to replace my transmission at this point. Also said that I never should have had the fluid drained just replace the filter and if low on fluid just add NEVER drain, as transmissions will start to have issues within 5-6 mos even start to slip. As in my case. I went back to talk to John of course he said its not his fault just the way it is. Also blamed the fact I replaced my ac unit as the cause of my transmission failing, which I confirmed with the transmission people that had nothing to do with it. Also spoke to the Mech who replaced AC they did not drain out any transmission fluid. Shop replaced AC is more than willing to stand up with me against John claim they had drained transmission fluid. I should not have to buy a new transmission due to their mistakes. Also being informed if low quality fluid was used that would also have ruined my transmission as Nissan's require high quality fluid which I did stress to them prior that I only use top end fluids and expect that.
