  • My experience started in disappointment as the tires I purchased nearly caused me to have a collision. It turns out that the compound of the front tires and new rear tires were different and not compatible with each other. I came in furious about my new tires. The Manager extraordinaire Ryan saved the day! He test drive my car right away and agreed that it was a serious and urgent safety issue. Ryan replaced the tires with the same type and brand as the old tires only charging me for the difference and the difference was fair as I have shopped around. Ryan and his team even squeezed me in at the last minute and his crew stayed late to do this as he saw that it was more than customer service but my safety and life on the life. Ryan and his team are heroes in my book and Ryan lives the definition of superb customer care. Thank you Ryan and thank you Big O!!! Perk: I also received free wiper blades for checking in.
