Booked two nights here in March for baseball spring training. Had a change of plans and called five days in advance to cancel the reservation. Was told by a clerk that it must be done through the manager, he wasn't in that day, Sunday. Called back on Monday, and the manager would not cancel the reservation. Ended up charging me for one nights stay, what type of hotel business does this? Nothing I could do, he had my credit card. My only recourse is to warn everyone of this. I could understand if I tried to cancel with short notice, this was five days in advance. POOR, POOR customer service.
