  • im sorry.. i just noticed i took a picture but never posted a review ;( .. so here goes. Very Loud Very Overpriced "even for a cleb chef" - and this guy isnt really in that boat either.. Food Quality - fair.. seriously just fair.. You have to really really look for reasons to go to the Rio.. I mean the rio is a dirty and nasty Casino. This place didnt do the brand any favors. Penn and Teller are the only reason this Casino exists..
