Sorry there's no option for no stars. Where do I begin?
My dryer stop working so I called the store where I got it from. The sent out this company to repair it.
they gave me a window from 8am-12pm. Of course they no showed. I called them back numerous times no answer.
went back to the store they contacted the company and told them to come out to visit me. The next schedule they gave me was a few days later, 8am-12 pm window. They called me at 1130 told me they will be there in 15 minutes. When they arrived at 1pm he asked me what was wrong which I told him. He (Jose) didn't bring a multimeter. What electrician doesn't bring a multimeter? Took my dryer apart and told me it was a fuse and he would order the part. After he made several calls to his boss, he charged me $75 and told me it would be a few days.
2 days later no call. What did I do, call. They don't have a voice mail set up. That should have been my first clue. After calling a few dozen times, I got someone live. Scheduled my time. Same guy and this time he brought all of his tools. He replaced my fuse and what happened...........nothing. After calling his boss or someone experience he realized it wasn't a fuse but a timer. Told me he had to get it from the shop. Told me it would take 45 minutes to get it. That's the only thing I would rate (5 stars) for. He came back and fix it. Before he left we turned it on and it work for 5 minutes.
So I contacted the office and advised him it was no longer working. Since it was the weekend he couldn't do anything. He gave me another time frame 8-12 again nothing. So the very next day jose came back unexpected for a few minutes said the boss would come. I called them numerous times and nothing.
That's ok, went back to the main store (Lowe's)and told them about this company. Lowes refunded my money and I got my dryer fix. I never had a bad experience like this.
