  • First time I went dead-lifting by myself, I STRUGGLED changing the weights. One of the staff members saw me hella dying out there, so he came up to me and started helping me change the weights. I appreciate his help so much! Besides the helpful staff, this gym has manyyy amenities. It has a cinema, pool, sauna, boxing room, half basketball court, cycling room, fitness class room, outside workout area, and kids club. Also their monthly fee is super affordable! I have the gold plus, so I can bring a guest for free! The only downside is that it can get super packed, but I do go right after work at 6-8pmish.. which is around the peak hours, so it's understandable. And compared to the Durango location near my house, this EOS is a lot less busy!
