  • Not only am I completely charmed by Charlotte, but the staff here at the Westin go way above and beyond! After traveling and getting in late, I ordered room service from the late menu. The food was gorgeous and delicious. The best part, staff member Tangie ~ who after I told her I would be looking for Cheerwine while I was in town, showed back up at my room 5 minutes later with a bottle of Cheerwine + a bottle opener. It was the nicest, most personable gesture I've seen from a major hotel chain. 5 stars!!
