| - The store has a pretty good selection of shoes but their inventory of sizes isn't. I have a VIP $20 off coupon which I wanted to use, however the store did not have my size. I was told to either order at the cashier,(which had a long line) or order online. I attempted to order it online without logging into my account and when I put in the promo code, it said, can only be used by a VIP member. So, aving to reset my password, which I had forgotten, logged in, and again attempted to use the promo code. It then stated that that promo code was already used by another guest and could be shared!!!! I attempted to speak with customer service through the chat line, which continuously says they are very busy and knocks you out. So, I called the 866 customer service phone line. I was told the wait would be 35 minutes. I then sent an email to the company directly. An automated response came quickly saying a customer service agent would be in touch soon. This was over the weekend. Today, Wednesday, after getting no email, I tried both the website and phone number again, only to get the very same response from the website and this time, the phone line advised I had a 65 minute wait!!
This is TERRIBLE customer service and a lousy website. They apparently are too busy to address any problems with their customers.
