  • We just left the outlet mall where we were treated awful by some lady with fire red hair. I love David Yuman. We already saw the ring we wanted for my man online. However, when he put it on, he no longer liked it. So the gal there showed us another ring. We really loved it. Although I wanted an engraving they told us it would take 2 weeks. We are getting married in less than 2 weeks so we chose to come back later for that service. The sales lady was very sweet. She cleaned my DY fiance's necklace, brought us water and wrapped everything really nice. That's the service we're come to expect from David Yurman. Thank you
