  • Peoria Nissan is horrible they will lie to you in your face!!!!They will do nothing they say. They don't keep their word they'll do anything for a sale. I have been waiting for a call back from the Finance manager and the asst manager . It's been a week no call back yet I call them and they don't return calls. Finance dept got so upset I didn't use their financing that they basically threw me out the office and forgot to have me sign some paperwork well needless to say they were doing everything to get me to go back there to get them signed that they even threatened me to repo the car if I didn't go in their ASAP keep in mind they already had the check from my bank for the total of the car.... Wow really and this was the Finance manager that left me the message.... makes you wonder what the other employees are like and don't get me started on their service Dept they did a horrible job on installing an iPod interface in the car looks like a 2 yr old did it and it was the wrong cord to top it off I've been trying to get them to fix it and guess what NO CALL BACK YET I'm getting ready to call my buddy at a local news station and let him see the big file of screw ups they've done one after the other and see the horrible installation job they did and to listen to the threatening message they left on my voicemail along with letters of banks I'm receiving that they applied me for loans that i didnt give my permission to apply for. I specifically told them don't run my credit I have a check!!!!They assured me that they were'nt going to and they did. Do not go to Peoria Nissan drive down to Avondale Nissan or somewhere else.
