I have been going to Arizona Pain Specialists for "YEARS". I can't remember the last time I spoke to a doctor there. I went in there to get a med refill and go over new MRI records and post-op for two precedure I had done. The PA took 2min with my MRI and asked if I wanted to get more injections or a branch block. I told the PA I have already done those and he admitted he didn't look at my records. Funny thing was the doctor was sitting right there and could have easily came in to see me. Instead he was laughing and chatting with the nurses. Seriously, I was not there more than 10min. I spent most of it filling out the large amount of paper work before my appt, which took about 15min.
In the Glendale office, you can hear everything that is going on in whole office. There is no privacy at all!
In the procedure room they rush you in and out. There are "LONG WAITS" for procedures. You schedule a 7am appt. and you don't get in till 9am. The waiting room in the Glendale procedure center is so small, your ride will likely have to wait outside. There are maybe 6 chairs in there. They are always so far behind. They really fill the schedule and you never see the doctor until you go into the procedure room and then there is a one minute conversation with the doctor. Then you are out of there. They then bring the next one in. This business has no personal care for there patience.
I was a patience with the doctor that owned this business before it changed hands. I always meet with that doctor before a precedure. He asked what your pain levels were like and if you had concerns and how long it would take. These doctores that own it now, just want to make a buck. "Run for this place, they don't care about you!"
