  • They are very busy, but NOT VERY CLEAN!!!! Technicians never clean tubs between clients... When I asked how they cleaned between clients, the manager sent technician to find disinfectant, but the tech did not know anything about the cleaning solution. Manager then went to get a jug of disinfectant to show me they had some. Tools are not sterilized or cleaned between clients. Manager set instruments on dirty floor before using them. Also, previous clients' candy wrappers were stuck to the table when I was offered to sit in spa chair.... Probably will not return.
