I stayed here Friday, March 25th as my wife and I were traveling cross country with our 2 dogs. I have only good things to say. The room was clean, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning crew to the management. The grounds and open spaces were very satisfactory. There was even a stand in the courtyard right outside our door with doggy bags for cleaning up after our dogs. The breakfast room was well attended and the coffee, bread, cereal, fruit, hard boiled eggs and other goodies were replenished before they ran out. The ultimate compliment I can pay though is the way I was accommodated after leaving my favorite lined (for warmth) shirt in the closet the night we stayed. I had a few drinks with a friend in Phoenix and before turning in I placed my shirt in the closet. I didn't check the closet the next morning during my last inspection. Sunday morning, I called the front desk to ask if they found the shirt. The desk attendant said the lost and found was closed but would reopen on Monday morning at 8:00 AM. Monday morning I spoke to Darien (or Jaine), the front desk attendant. She checked the lost and found and called me back and said it wasn't there but said she would check the closet in the room after the guest left. Just after noon I received a call that the shirt was found in the closet. I gave Darien (or Jaine) the address where I am staying and she said it would be shipped out that day. I was so relieved it changed my whole mood for the day. The next day the shirt arrived in a FEDEX box. I just had to report this special treatment and am grateful I have my shirt back.
